All Bonart's products undergo extensive quality check and control based on the strict ISO and GMP quality standards and guidelines. Bonart is fully committed in producing high end quality crafted products to compete with major brands like Dentsply, Parkell, Hu-Friedy, Satelec, EMS, among the few, and to have a high end quality and reliable products that will exceed its customer's expectations. Bonart is here for long term as we do back what we sell by providing the following warranty terms and conditions:
l The minimum warranty term for most of our products’ internal electronics modules is 18 MONTHS and majority of the newer models like ART-P3II, ART-P4, ART-M3II, ART-M4, ART-P6,ART-P3II pro, ART-M3II pro, among the few are up to 5 years; other parts such as cables, tubing, and hand pieces are under warranty for 12 MONTHS while the newer version of the piezo hand piece(ART-P3II, ART-PB3, & ART-P4) is covered up to 2 year warranty. Please note that accessories such as inserts, straight hand piece attachment, prophy head or angle, and piezo tips, which are expendable items are under warranty for 120 days.
l ALL WARRANTY ITEMS are valid and effective from the original date of purchase from the manufacturer. Proof of purchase is required for warranty to be valid and verified.
l Expendable parts like Inserts/ Tips and light bulbs, lens, filters are covered with limited 120 day warranty. Other regular accessories such as hand piece cable assembly, foot pedals, power cords, indifferent grounding plates, among others, are covered up to 1 year.
l This warranty does not cover: § Any product which has been subject to improper use, neglect, accident or used in violation against the user manual. § Any products dismantled by customers, or sent at any point for repair to anyone other than BONART . Products that are purchased from non-authorized Bonart Dealers or Distributors automatically void the warranty term for the products. § Defects or damages caused by natural disasters, dropping, use of incorrect voltage,cosmetic scratches or the other un-measurable reasons. § Physical damage incurred during shipping or transit.
Note: Customers are responsible for all shipping and freight charges regardless of the warranty terms. Pls refer to instruction below:
Sending Your Device for Repair: For service, you must return the product to us. Please include a brief note explaining the problem. Carefully pack the device to prevent damage during transit, with shipping charges prepaid. (Please call us first before returning any device to obatin an RMA no.) We do not accept packages sent to us with freight/postage collect.) Failure to properly protect the returned device will void the warranty and conditions.
PAYMENT CONDITION FOR ALL UNITED STATES BASED CUSTOMERS:
l Credit Terms available for established customers only (Please refer to distribution agreement for detailed information). l CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WELCOME: VISA, MASTER & AMEX (Must provide a complete billing address information and card's security code that matches the credit card provided). Order will only be shipped to the credit card billing's address with no exception. l WIRE TRANSFER PAYMENT: Payment term for all international orders is on prepaid basis and thru wire transfer of fund only.
