On most support repair orders, our goal is to provide you with a quick turn-around time. We strive to return devices within 4-5 business days upon receipt of the unit.
All device and accessory repairs, maintenance, and after service are done in-house by our certified technicians. We only use original Bonart (ART) brand parts and components for all replacements.
For units under current warranty terms (please refer to our warranty policy),all replacement parts and labor are free of charge.
For units out of warranty coverage and/or damage not covered by the warranty policy, there is a flat labor fee, and our replacement parts are affordably priced. All units repaired by Bonart are covered by a 90-day repair warranty. Customers are responsible for the roundtrip shipping cost.
In the United States only, Bonart Medical Technology, Inc. provides, upon request, a free loaner program for users who are in need of a temporary functional unit until their original unit is repaired or serviced.
The following lists our free loaner program requirements:

Loaner Unit Form must be completed.

Credit card information is required for security deposit.

Loaner units are required to be returned within 10 days upon receipt of the repaired or serviced units. If the loaner unit is not returned on time, the credit card on file will be charged a weekly rental fee of $50.00. If loaner is returned with missing parts, the credit card will be charged for missing parts and accessories.

Customers are responsible for roundtrip shipping charges, regardless if the unit being sent in for service is under warranty or not.

Customers are responsible for shipping back as Bonart does not issue call tags for loaner units. We recommend using UPS or FEDEX so shipment may be tracked.
